Short Description: ► Yan looks every inch the bad boy, the sort of arrogant asshole you're sure trashes hotel rooms and raises hell wherever he goes. The sort of guy who must have come from the wrong side of the tracks, who started out playing in dive bars and fought tooth and nail to make a career, even if it meant sleeping on park benches to save up money for that last chance gig, but that couldn't be further from the truth. He has degrees in history and political science and was debating whether he wanted to go to grad school or law school when he ended up in the music biz instead.
Regains So Far: ► Love - Hakuryuu during the confrontation in ch. 278-280 ► Duty - Gyokuen feeling him up in ch. 147

Who knows? I have so many sleep problems it's hard for me to tell. But I was never a fan of Asian historical dramas, so seeing them when I'm half asleep is strange.
No, just a girl in a fancy pink dress and a fancier piece of jewelry holding her hair up in a ponytail. Her hair was the same shade as our's, and she can't have been older than seventeen.
So two women to add to the "family tree." The one I saw was older and I had the feeling she was related to "me" somehow. Maybe the mother of the others?
If she had the same hair and traits as the two men, then familial relations are likely. Features like that are often genetic. Like our hair.
I feel like the girl may be a closer connection than the dark haired man. There's a distinct feeling that she's someone much younger, and also someone that needs to be watched and guided.
Likewise. Please let me know if you find anyone else with our kind of hair as well-- I didn't get any bad feelings from that girl, but her manner of dress has me intrigued. It was too elaborate for anyone in the normal population, so the odds are high that that everyone we're seeing are members of a noble class.
Same. The only clues we have are circumstantial, such as manner of dress and the surrounding region. All I can guess for certain is that it's before the Industrial Revolution. Beyond that, I'm still uncertain.
I'm not entirely too sure what instigated everything, but the atmosphere changed after the party's host gave a performance. Word is that she gave a preview of that performance to some from Virgo, but I don't have a list of names to draw any correlations without making assumptions.
I had the synth player from that jazz band on you side stab me. One of my bandmates got roughed up. At least a few others were stabbed or thrown off of balconies. At least two nearly died.
Ms. Santiago was pissed and took matters into her own hands. She killed our host herself. Bare handed.
It's too widespread to be drugs-- you know this as well as I.
Besides, I'm starting to see that we may have two separate problems here. That medical condition of your's is affecting more than a few of us, and both of our bosses can't be trusted.
Don't worry about my injuries. I'll be fine-- though we need to talk again. These dreams are taking a disturbing bent.
Security is tight, but let me know if you can find a place to meet.
I never trusted either of them to begin with, but things have taken a turn for the bizarre. You say it's too widespread to be drugs, but is that necessarily true? The control what we eat and drink, they've kept us quarantined as much as they can these past few months, and the worst instances of the behavior have stemmed from events where both labels have met (with food and drink provided.)
From a practical standpoint, that tactic is too uncertain and likely too costly. No one would put so much money into something and then try to kill them at the drop of a hat.
The symptoms of the medical condition also vary from person to person. I had one of my bandmates start referring to themself in the plural and acting like humans were utterly foreign, and someone else in the label has mentioned offhand that one of their limbs isn't really there.
Stories are also different. Someone on your side seems to be under the impression that this is the work of ghosts.
If it was a drug, wouldn't the stories fit together better?
Name a time and I can find a place. I may not look like much, but I'm pretty good at avoiding notice when I want.
Juno TOLD Ivan it was ghosts. That came directly from Virgo management. It's bullshit, of course, but they're willing to say it's ghosts, and yet still did everything they could to suppress me suggesting it might be some sort of reality show stunt. It makes no fucking sense. None.
I don't care what time. Find one and I'll be there.
I see. So you've been in contact with the people in Flowers over Bones as well. I should have figured that would be the case. Ivan may be a lost cause for now, but Rei has a good head on her shoulders. I haven't mentioned any of this to Luce, although we've been in quite a bit of contact over the last couple of months for other reasons.
It's strictly personal.
There's rumblings on this side of someone having a New Year's party of their own, without management's interference. I don't know the details yet or who all is involved, but we can probably ride on the coattails of that.
Otherwise, there's the beach. So long as we can ditch our tails, we should have plenty of space to talk freely there.
Poor kid. I caught him reading a book on the paranormal in the mall. I promptly told him to stop acting so suspicious about it-- no idea on whether he's listened or not.
Let's both keep our ears to the ground in regards to the party. Security's going to be tight after all of this, so I'm really wondering how they'll pull it off.
It will be a good test of how tight a leash they're trying to keep us on. I'm trying to keep a low profile, but I'm also not going to pass up a chance for information. I want to see how differently a party that isn't run by corporate goes.
My policy and sentiments are the same, honestly. I've been encouraging others to keep a low profile too, because there's no reason for others to get in trouble because of all of this.
Even if we're going to be surrounded by guards, we'll still have more control over the festivities if we put it on ourselves. It can be a 'control' in this 'experiment'.
[Whether he likes it or not, a knock on the morning of the 8th will find Yan in the possession of an elegantly wrapped box. Inside, laid carefully, is a rather interesting tie. How does it keep on? A mystery. But it sure keeps on.]

Does that mean anything to you?

Why?

It came up in conversation the other day, and it seemed familiar. Couldn't place why.

More of the same bullshit do you think?
I picked up another one of those things. Worse than the one from the party.

I almost had the name of the country this is all taking place in but it wouldn't come to me. Tell me if that comes up, too.

This is the second text I've gotten from someone freaking out about it.

A person from Virgo was murdured by Pride's top manager because some of Virgo's musicians attacked Pride's musicians for no discernable reason.
Some people almost died because of it.
It was bad.

I wasn't there.

I'm glad to hear that you're okay.

Did you get caught up in it?

I've never seen so much blood in one night in my life.
[Except for the fact that somehow, for reasons he couldn't explain, he was far less disturbed by it than he knew he should be.]

And I didn't seek Ivan out. He tried to ghost-proof my apartment by pouring salt all over it.
